1. Learn about the muscles in the legs that will increase my vertical.
2. Be able to jump 6 inches higher.
3. Find good and suitable exercise videos.
Monthly:
1. Each month I would like to jump 2 inches higher seeing as I have about 3 months to do this.
2. Learn something new every month.
3. Try a new exercise video every month.
Weekly:
1. Try to post on my blog every week to 2 weeks.
